Low Level Laser Therapy
Light waves in the near infrared ranges penetrate deeply into the skin with anti- inflammatory and circulation effects, promoting cell regeneration and tissue recovery.

Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave Therapy is a non-invasive treatment that accelerates the body’s natural healing process by enhancing blood circulation to regenerate injured tissue. Shockwave Therapy delivers acoustic pressure waves at a very high energy to the affected area, stimulating cells in the body that are responsible for connective tissue healing and regrowth. During treatment, a gel is applied to the point of injury, and the doctor uses a wand with the acoustic pressure waves to treat the area for 5 to 10 minutes. This therapy has an 80 percent success rate. Often patients require only three to five treatments for the benefits to be noticeable.
Shockwave Therapy may be considered as part of your treatment plan if you have:
- Plantar Fasciitis
- Heel Spurs
- Tennis/Golfers Elbow
- Patellar Femoral Syndrome
- Rotator Cuff Tendinopathy

- Calcific Tendonitis
- Metatarsalgia
- Sprains/Strains

Low Level Laser Therapy
Low level lasers supply energy to the body in the form of non-thermal photons of light. Light waves in the near infrared ranges penetrate deeply into the skin with anti- inflammatory and circulation effects, promoting cell regeneration and tissue recovery.
Low Level Laser Therapy may be considered as part of your treatment plan if you have:
- Migraines or headaches
- Osteoarthritis
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Sports injuries
- Neck pain
- Low back pain
- Carpal Tunnel
- Most types of Tendonitis

Spinal Decompression
Over a decade ago, NASA noticed that astronauts were relieved of low back pain when they were in anti-gravity environments. They found that spinal disc heights were increased during space missions. With these scientific findings, a new technology was developed called Spinal Decompression Therapy.
Decompression machines are highly advanced, automated traction devices that work by gently stretching and relaxing your spine. Your chiropractor will fit you with two harnesses on the computer-controlled table. The computer settings are then customized to your specific condition. You are fully-clothed and laying on your back during treatment.
In almost all cases, the treatments are completely painless and most people even notice a reduction of pain during the session. In fact, some patients even fall asleep.
In a recent study of Spinal Decompression Therapy 219, patients who had at least 4 weeks of symptoms from either degenerative disc disease or herniated disc were treated. The results were amazing! 86% reported immediate symptom relief and 84% were still pain-free 90 days after their treatment was completed.
Spinal Decompression Therapy may be considered as part of your treatment plan if you have:
- Suffered back or neck pain for over one week
- Sciatica
- Pinched nerve(s)
- Bulging or herniated discs
- Degenerative disc disease
Active Release Therapy
Active Release Therapy (ART) is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.
ART is considered for patients who are experiencing:
- Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
- Shin Splints
- Shoulder pain
- Sciatica
- Plantar Fasciitis
- Knee problems
- Tennis/ Golfers Elbow
- Our team will let you know if they feel this is suitable for the recovery of any other ailments
These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles.
